Our Journey
Dreams, Defying Boundaries
Coming from the Philippines, Jobert's journey in construction began against a backdrop of curiosity and exploration. Growing up amidst global travels with his parents, his fascination with buildings and skyscrapers took root, spurring questions about their creation and the challenges they overcame. Representing Cumbria Rugby in his youth and aiming for a spot at the Newcastle Falcons Rugby Academy, Jobert's competitive spirit and love for team sports were evident. While rugby remained a passion, his career path led him to excel in the construction industry. Today, as a company director of his own consultancy, he merges his passion for construction with empowering others in their careers.
Despite the demands of his profession, Jobert finds balance through precious moments with his wife and two young boys. Their presence not only keeps him grounded but also fuels his drive to create a better future. With his family's unwavering encouragement and shared dreams, Jobert continues to make his mark in the construction field, driven by a passion that enriches both his career and the bonds that hold his family together.
