🕗 Monday, September 18th, our Director, Jobert P Fermilan, had the privilege of attending the "Masterplan to Site: Regenerating Carlisle's City Centre" conference, and is excited to share the incredible insights he gained about the future of Carlisle city.
🏗️ Cumberland Council and the University of Cumbria are leading a monumental transformation, investing a substantial £120 million in various projects. This isn't just about bricks and mortar; it's an investment in the heart and soul of Carlisle and its future. 💼These projects, including the Southern Gateway, Devonshire Street, Court Square, Station Gateway, Greenmarket/market square, and the Citadel Campus Project, are set to rejuvenate the city in remarkable ways.
Portfolios like the Carlisle Place Programme and Citadels Campus Project are reshaping both the city and Cumbria's economy.
